(1) If any higher secondary school provides higher education contrary to the Act and these regulations, or if it does not comply with the instructions of the Assembly and the Council, or if it does not fulfill any condition prescribed by the Council, the Council may suspend or cancel the affiliation given by it. .
However, the affiliation shall not be suspended or canceled without giving such high secondary school an opportunity to submit a clarification.
(2) If any high secondary school wishes to suspend or cancel the affiliation received from the council, an application to the council.
(3) If there is an application according to sub-rule (2), the council may postpone or cancel such affiliation after considering the application and the educational status of the concerned higher secondary school.
(4) When the council suspends or cancels the connection according to sub-rule (1), it shall appoint an inspection team and suspend or cancel it based on the report received from the team.
(5) According to sub-rule (1) or (3), the council Postponement or cancellation should be done in such a way that the academic session of such school is not affected.
(6) According to sub-rule (1) or (3), no new students can be admitted in higher secondary schools whose affiliation has been postponed or cancelled.

However, such higher secondary school must mandatorily conduct classes for the minimum period required to complete the higher secondary level of the enrolled students.
(7) Such suspension shall be released until the end of any academic session of the higher secondary school where the relationship has been suspended. If not, as soon as that period is completed, the relationship provided according to rule 4 or 5 will be considered automatically cancelled.
